Since 2017 we have been producing authentic wood fired pizzas from our retro Citroen H van. Rescued from a barn in France, our van has been completely renovated and personally customised specifically to our wants and needs. Our hand-crafted wood-fired bushman oven is capable of baking 90 pizzas per hour, each to perfection.
Based in Worcestershire we specialise in: Weddings, private parties, corporate and public events. With 20 years of experience in the catering industry, professionalism, the highest hygiene and quality standards, and efficient service are always at the forefront of The Old Dough Hook.
Our dough is handmade using our unique “sponge” recipe and is proved long and slow for added flavour, the sauce is made from the finest San Marzano tomatoes and the toppings are made using the finest local ingredients.
